Your HAYS COUNTY EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER is activated during times of emergency. These emergencies may include (but are not limited to) major civil disaster, fires, flash flooding, hurricane evacuation, winter weather and other unforeseen occurrences that could cause major problems within our County. When the EOC is activated, it is posted on the County Web site along with phone numbers for ease of contact. The EOC will remain open until the problem is resolved.
